Garrison script and others?

How to delete them and do I need delete then in just 1 file (depends on what faction I choose to play) or in every files?

Click "Edit RSII preference" in the bottom of the Launcher, then click "Other RSII parameters", In the "Garrison Scripts" item you should choose "No Garrison". It will remove all of them in the game.
