Easiest Question Ever -- but one I'd deeply appreciate answered

I am trying to find a way to edit my saved file to manually turn the 'battle time limit' back on I suspect it's somewhere under campaign_setup_ingame_modifiables but through trial and error I cannot find it. Which row is it?

I am locked in a legendary battle and the enemy AI won't attack me but I am very badly outnumbered and cannot attack them. I just want to turn the time limit to end this miserable stalemate and get on with my campaign.

Usually you can get around this by sending a unit to attack the enemy line (in melee) often this will trigger the AI to attack with full force.
