So, patch 4 is finally out and it seems to have broken precursor javelins like the pilum even more. If the target unit is moving even slightly when you charge then only a handful of troops in the very front-center of the formation actually throw their javelins.
Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this? As near as I can tell the only related change in the patch notes seems to be:
-The Charge timeout tolerance has been reduced so heavy units aren’t so good at chasing down skirmishers.
