Removing Legendary Camera Restriction and Forced Single Save

I had originally thought to simulate this effect by simply moving all the Legendary values into the VHard modifiers found in the campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects table.
But I'm pretty sure this isn't the only table affected by the difficulty you select, so I fear it wouldn't really be the "Full" Legendary experience.

Does anyone know where to locate tables dictating these forced camera and save penalties when selecting Legendary?
