Help a modding newbie out?

Hi there are so many great mods here on TWC, but I seem to find myself having trouble using the mod manager and implementing these mods in to my game. can someone help me in figuring out how to convert these mods to a mod format or just to simply add them to my game?

If the mod is a movie format, you just put it in your data folder. However, these will conflict with other mods.

If the mod is in mod format, put it in your data folder and run Mod Manager. There, you can prioritize mods with conflicts.

You can use PFM editor (see the link I put above) to change a mod from movie to mod.
