If this Patch 4 is a beta version who are the Beta testers?

If this Patch 4 is a beta version who are the Beta testers?

I ask this because, in the previous versions, it wasn't taken into account, the opinion of the players.
It is the unanimous opinion that the land battles are poorly implemented, the units move very quickly, the kill ratio is huge, it lacks cohesion, the sieges are horrible. And CA ? Makes it even worse.
Before, with a teaks,mods I mean, battles are acceptable.But now for any reason It barley can be modded,at least the cohesion,who becomes a mess.
So I wanna ask ,who are the beta testers?Us? Any selected group who really don't test nothing? They will take in account this forum members opinions? Can they don't implement some stuff that demonstrably makes what is already bad, worse? Can we really spectate some changes in this last Beta?

Everyone who downloads the beta is a beta tester and the game's moddibility hasn't changed.

Certain parameters, which give COHESION to units in combat, are difficult to modify in this last patch. At least for normal people, not for geniuses like you.

Anyway ,even in this forum, is an accumulation of diverse opinions, it is difficult to ascertain what is good or what is bad.

I AM! I'm the beta-tester. It was me all along. It was I who beta tested this game; I who ignored the bugs, simply to spite all you fans. Oh how you all looked down on me, but now that I wield this power, you all tremble before my might. Kneel TWCenter, kneel before your new King!

...anybody who wants to opt in and post their complaints/opinions on the official forums is a beta tester.
