Patch4 VH bugged?

So playing pontus on very hard patch 4 and diplomacy seems to be broken.Eveyone declares war on me as soon as i discover them and i cant get trade or non-aggression pacts,also got about 20 agents near my cities causing havoc.
Over on the official forums people seem to be having the same problem on very hard,any of you guys getting this?

Well it is a Beta patch. Expect bugs, and report them when you find them.

Yeah, that's what I usually play on but it seems to be broken for now. That or they upped the AI aggressiveness on VH.

I'm playing Pontus on VH started after patch 4 and I am having no trouble getting trade and non aggression pacts. In fact this is the easiest I've had it so far. Factions even offer me money to get a trade agreement. (May be because I have built a trade port?). As for declaring wars, I have enough to deal with but not too many to be swamped. (like baby bears porridge). As for enemy agents, it seems to be much the same as pre patch 4.

I think, it's the random bug that's been around since release (some people get it, most don't). I have yet to face it. Currently around year 200 BC with Macedon, playing on VH. Anyone's yet to declare war on me. I get trade agreements everywhere. Even faraway barbarians are offering to become my vassals.
