Epiphaneia sea trade gone?

I'm running RTR

E 1.6 with Candel's ER mod (the one without the new factions), but I think this an RTR

E issue.

As you can see from the picture below, the Antiochia Epiphaneia port won't trade. Did someone move it a little like what happened in older versions of RTR

E with Aleria's port?

Land trade still works there, and as you can see I do in fact have a port.

Land trade still works there, and as you can see I do in fact have a port.

Did you check in the detailed trade info if there is indeed no sea trade? It could be a graphical glitch.

Yep, there's definitely no sea trade. I checked that already.

On the other hand it could be a "Susa phenomenon": if the land route is shorter than the sea route, trade will only take place via land. Check in the trade details whether your city trades with the other two port cities via land. The port should get activ once you open trade with the two northerly cities (most likely Samartian) as the sea route is shorter than the land route.

Hmmm, it does indeed trade with Chakdara and Albania by land.

Ok, I'm doing quite well in the game, so I'll divert some resources and capture one of the cities to the north. That should do the trick to test it.

i think i noticed this as well in the city below Begrum in India... im sure it is trading with Begrum by land as that city has no sea port, but i noticed that when i took the city the Seleucids held to the west, there was no sea trade with that city. the road looks as long as the sea lane so who knows, but ive seen these cities trade by sea before too. ill check on those in a bit.

-- oh crap i forgot i deleted my Baktria campaign. i'm sure i noticed no sea trade though with those southern indian cities, however it may be as was previously stated that the land routes are closer... which is lame but understandable as i'm still at war with the Seleucids!
