Hi there,

after I tried to ask the support, but the only help and the only solutions their offered was this usual "update the drivers, set the graphic to lowest possible etc." - means everything I tried myself before contacting them, you are my last hope.

Situation is as follows: like every 2nd / 3rd move the game crashes with the c0000005 exception code but mostely when the AI is trying to move Cyrenaica. If it happens, then the only "solution" was to load the game again and try the move again.
It seems the crash is caused by certain action of Cyrenaica, since after like 10 attempts the move may proceed without any crash.
This problem persists through all the patches, incl. 4 Beta. The only modification I use is the 40 units/Army (fleets are still 20). Tried like everything usual: updated all possible drivers, reinstalled the game, verified the integrity twice (no error messages), tried to change the language (3 different), tried running as admin and in comp. modes. Tried to disable the rapid storage tech. DEP was also deactivated. Tried with lowest possible graphical settings.
No result - same crash.

Game support was a joke: after I asked them if they can't see any cause for these crashes in the 4 recent crash reports I sent, they answered: "those crash reports doesnt help me, since Im just a supporter and not a programmer. ;)"

My system is: i7-4770 3,4 GHz
12 GB ram
GeForce GTX 650Ti with 1 GB
Running on Win8

If anyone would like to see the Dxdiag or these crash reports -just ask.
