Anyone else having this problem? The Rome II launcher comes up, I hit play game... and nothing happens. I haven't been able to play since the patch.

Did you back up your saves in your AppData folder, delete evrything else, move the saves back in and restart? Are you running mods? Some mods are beginning to conflict with beta patch 4, so if you are running the beta patch 4 and any mods, disable them and start there. If that does not work, do the delete trick.
