So I just bought Medieval 2 for Steam along with Kingdoms and I was wondering about something in this mod. I'm using Savage AI and Byg's IV, I was wondering, is having 36000 gold in the treasury by turn 20 is normal?

Sure.
Depending on how you are (or arent) spending it, your tax rates, army costs ect...
Always remember... money is worthless until you spend it![]()

Honest and truly, I AM Robin Hood!
Thanks, man.
Yeah, thing is, I'm building everything I can besides units because I'm still working out how the Noble's Purse thing works for recruitment and maintenance. I've played Medieval 2 before although I never had Kingdoms before today. Lost the disc so I just bought it off Steam. The Byg's thing just sounded like such a change that I wanted to try it regardless of difficulty and the first time I played my faction leader's son went into debt because I sent him on a Crusade. So I'm still trying to work out the intricacies of the noble's money system.
Can you have a large army as long as you keep them within your settlements and keep my 'on-the-field' troops to a minimum?
