[Question] Diplomacy are they in Startpos.esf or db?

Like say im trying to dissolve the Client-state status of Athens from Macedon how would i go about doing this or make them at war with another faction at the start of the game?

im thinking it might be in the Startpos.esf but i see the cai_personality_diplomatic_event_values in the db as well as cai_personality_diplomatic_events but both of these tables seem to be used else were.

I worked on this for Carthage and Libya but the idea should be the same. There are a few values you need to change in startpos.esf. One is under each factions' diplomacy manager tables and the other stat is under the client state's faction table.
