Cant Update ROME II

Hey guys, all of a sudden i can't update the game because steam is saying I dont have Disk space. I have around 20gbs free.

Steam doesnt have anything on the subject and my extensive googling has not revealed much. Ive tried all the suggested fixes on steam short of uninstalling the game which I really don't want to do. All my other games are working fine and updating normally except Rome.....figures.

Anybody experiencing this? Please help.

Making some disk space would be a start, yes 20gb is more than enough but because of the way steam updates it might think it's not enough. Free up 10gb and come back if it doesn't work.

20 GB ain't much spare space these days. It may be you either delete something or run out and buy a new HDD. Quite possibly Steam places that limit on spare space. My old old 500 MB HDD got filled up so I got a 1.5 GB Black Caviar and used it to do a clean install of W7.

Alright I don;t know how it worked but something i did has let it update. Thanks Lads
