Default [Video] AdmiralPrice's Athens LEGENDARY difficulty -- The First Hundred Years (Walkthrough Strategy)

So I'm kicking off a "first hundred years" series where I'll play the first hundred years of all the factions, then upload the save on my mediafire to see where you take it! Everything is on Legendary difficulty. Let's start with Athens!

On turn 1, I go to war with Epirus, recruit a few javies, and then take their settlment on turn 2. I find attacking Epirus to be the soundest option right off the bat, because Sparta is friendly and so you can trade with them while you grow (and the nice 1K reward for the bonus objective!). Later, however, we'll eat (or client!) them too.

Part 2 and we continue our war with Epirus. If I play these battles right, they should be wiped out soon.

Part 3 shows the importance of using naval ships to delay enemy re-reinforcements

Part 4 is mostly preparing for the war against Macedon.
