If I want to modify the support cost of each unit, say make each unit cost 25% more to support, is there a quick way of doing this other than doing cell by cell with PFM?

Extract as TSV/CSV, open in a spreadsheet, modify and reimport
It’s better to excite some and offend others than be bland and acceptable to all

Export as TSV, which is basically plain text where values are separated by tabs. So for quick "find all & replace" edits I use Notepad++. Otherwise something like Open Office or Excel is considerably more robust.
