From BI to RTR PE

Hey... I bought BI and played around with it for awhile and then I got sick of the ease of play and limited units.

My game was patched to 1.6 BI patch. I copied the folder into a new folder and then installed Plat to the new folder.

A couple of things have been happening that make me paranoid that the process didn't work right. First, my roman soldiers seem to have only one grieve instead of two. Is that normal? Second, there seems to be some type of pathfinding problem as sometimes the majority of a force will stand there doing nothing while a few of them are fighting.

Anyway, I was just wondering if the way I created the new folder and patched causes any problems. Thanks.

Well, Romans are SUPPOSED to have only one greave, on the leading leg. It's historical. I'm not quite sure what you mean by pathfinding problems though. Does this happen with your army or with the AI? Is this within a single unit or only when formations of several units are involved? Anyway, I doubt this is an install problem. If RTR-PE works, that usually means you installed it right.

Moved to RTR Platinum suf-forum.

The greaves thing is normal. The second..... You don`t give enough details. It could be one of the 2 bugs brought by RTW v1.5. The phalanx bug or the siege tower/city walls bug. Or something else. Did you installed any formations add-on on top of RTRPE?

It could be a problem with Darth's formations
