Is it possible to increase the HP or life expectancy of just the unit leaders and generals within units and not the whole unit? Kind of sucks to see all the unit leaders and banner bearers dead after an average brawl, and really sucks to have a General die. Would like them to be hardier so they can be committed to the fight without fear of losing the whole unit just cause the General died because he was at the front of the unit.
