Basicly disaster with 7750 and reading forums I'm not the only one with such results. Certain that AMD did not test it with patch 3 version of Rome or then these drivers are designed for yet to come patch 4 or 5 and not intented for very short term patch 3 version.

For me it has improved fps, but I think it depends of the specs...

I had heavy flickering problems with my 2x7970 first but after resetting the Rome 2 profile in CCC those drivers work fine. No improvement in fps though, just resolved the flickering of the minimap with CF.

When I update my driver from 13.2beta5 to 13.9 and 13.10beta I get %19-20 FPS drop in Rome II. Also Adobe Photoshop and the Periodis Expert (historical atlas software) don't work. So, I back to 13.2beta5 driver.
I have HD6850 1GB.

I can confirm taht these new drivers crossfire works for my dual 6870m configuration

Nice 20% increase on the benchmark for me with the 13.11s. I haven't played with them in game yet so we'll see.
