cannot open the downloaded files to install LME4

I downloaded the files as instructed but cannot open the mod setup as you can see in the picture. I'm so ignorant in these fields so can anyone help?

Hiho did you try do decompress those .rar files with e.g.??

after that you have your .exe files

Ok I successfully decompressed/compressed the 1st file and got it started but the second file says it's error. I tried downloading it again and still the same thing. BTW has this happened before? ( +_+)

You only need to open the first pack. All 3 are connected.
