Default Total War: Rome 2... > = < the Ebola Virus?

As the poll indicates, in your opinion, is Rome 2 greater than, equal to, or lesser than the Ebola Virus?

Not to sway the vote in one direction or another, I'm voting "equal to". I mean, I don't want to be melodramatic and suggest Rome 2 is worse than a disease that makes its victims' organs melt. On the other hand, Rome 2 is arguably the worst thing in the history of things. So, I figure "equal to" is fair.

To help you make informed decisions: - Here is a Nova documentary on an Ebola outbreak- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3xIdxqWPVCU , and an ABC piece on a recent outbreak in Uganda- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aE69K_lP2ug-

And here is a video of Rome 2 AI- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lsy5XTCPFqQ

And, please feel free to discuss your reasoning below!

Oh look it's one of these threads again.
By this point, I'm almost certain every negative review on metacritic, actually comes from TWC.

^I would laugh if it did. Didn't know TWC had so much power.

That one poll about family trees had like, what, 1600 votes in wanting it right? Last I checked, there was 800 negative reviews for Rome 2. So it's not that unbelievable, given there's probably at least 1600 angry TWCers who can send out reviews (if not multiple).

Yes krisslanza, this is another "compare Rome 2 to the Ebola Virus" thread. I know they are a dime a dozen, but I really need that dime.

Dumbest thread ever made in the Rome 2 section?
Aelfwine, then, spoke out and valiantly declared: 'Let us call to mind those declarations we often uttered over mead, when from our seat we heroes in hall would put up pledges about tough fighting; now it can be proved who is brave. I am willing to make my lineage known to all, that I was from a substantial family in Mercia. My grandfather was called Ealhelm, a wise nobleman blessed with worldly wealth. The thanes among that people shall not reproach me for my wanting to get out of this army, to make my way home, now that my lord leader is lying hacked down in battle. To me that is the greatest grief: he was both my kinsman and my lord." Then he moved forward and turned his attention to revenge, so that with his spear he struck a seaman among the army so that he lay dead among the ground, destroyed by his weapon. Then he exhorted his comrades, his friends and companions, that they should advance.

let me see, i can choose between a halfway decent game with many flaws but fun to play, or a nasty virus with very nasty symptoms and has a mortality rate above 90% (if we talk about the Zaire strain)

well the choice is very easy for me

I had Ebola once. It was nowhere near as bad as Rome II. So there.

Another useless thread. Plumbing the depths good taste too... I wonder when we are going to get unwarrented allusions to people sexuality, race (oh, no we already have those), gender or religion?

    Rubbish, just plain rubbish.

The OP that is, not the game, just so no one gets confused.

I believe this has absolutely no place to go, so I'm just going to close this.
