Icon5 [QUESTION] Which program do you guys use to re-skin units?

Title pretty much summs it up; which program do you guys use to reskin units? I've wanted to know how to add corinthians, new shield patterns and tunic colours etc to certain units but never known how to so please tell me what skinning tools some of you guys use.

Photoshop or Gimp with the Nvidia .dds plugin so you can edit them.. You just need to find the .dds file you want to change with the PFM..

Im pretty sure that's how you would have to go about changing actual details.. A lot of people are just editing RGB values in the PFM to change the colors of the units.. (me included)..

It depends what you want to change:

    1. If you just want to change the units look by using vanilla files then you only need to use the PFM and Notepad++.

    2. If you want to make new items or just slightly changed ones, then what Actus Reus said is correct.
