    Default Modding client states and satrapies

    Is there a way to modify client states so that they are diplomatically passive, like satrapies?

    yes, some do this please. but if some one could also make them work like actual allies and go to war the faction you go to war with that would make them very useful. right now they are pretty useless especialy in games where no one go to war with you, but useful in games where the entire world goes to war with you.
