His Grace Daeron II is grieved to confirm the death of his son the prince, Rhaegel Targaryen, and would ask the nobles and commoners of the Seven Kingdoms to avoid any celebrations or merrymaking until after funeral is held.
Ravens are sent out throughout all of Westeros with a proclamation carrying the seal and House sigil of Daemon Blackfyre.
To the Lords of Westeros, I , Daemon Blackfyre, proclaim myself as the rightful King of Westeros as the legitimate son of King Aegon IV Targaryen. I call upon all of the loyal lords who still believe in the ideals of virtue, honor, and justice to call upon your banners and join my fight for the Iron Throne.
It is time that the imposter King Daeron II Targaryen, the son and bastard of Aemon the Dragon Knight, is deposed from power. No good has come from the rule of this imposter and it is time that he has removed from power. Under King Daeron’s rule, the vile Dornish haverevealed their hand and they enslaved our King and his court to do bidding as nothing more than slaves and puppets.
Tell me Lords of Westeros, are you going to allow this to happen. Are you going to let this injustice stand? Or are you going to fight by my side and restore the Iron Throne to her true Master?
In the name of the Seven, now is the time that we fight, FOR FIRE AND BLOOD!
Signed,
King Daemon Blackfyre, First of His Name, King of the Iron Throne, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, Protector of the Realm.
In the light of the Seven I, Lord Raymond of House Tyrell, Defender of the Marches, Warden of the South, Lord of Highgarden and High Marshal of the Reach proclaim my support and allegiance to King Daemon Blackfyre, first of his name. I will support his claim and the claim of his children on the Iron Throne until the end of my days.
Growing Strong
- Signed, Raymond Tyrell

House Tully of Riverrun declares itself for King Daeron II, the rightful King of Westeros.
All nobles and knights of the Riverlands are called to arms and are ordered to meet with their levies at Riverrun. Anyone, who dares to resist Lord Uthor's command or tries to avoid conflict with the rebels will be counted as a traitor of the realm and shall count as a rebell himself. We won't tolerate treason and will unite the Riverlands under one single banner, if necessary by force.
Family, Duty, Honour
Ser Gyles Tully in the name of Lord Uthor Tully
All parties, claimants and lords engaged in this Great Debate are hereby asked to gather to parlay at the God's Eye forthwith. A war must be avoided for the good of the realm.
Lord Artos Stark, Warden of the North
For the sake of peace and goodness, for wisdom and noble pursuit, His Grace Daeron, Second of His Name, asks all men up in arms against the Iron Throne to lay down their arms. If they refuse to, he urges a meeting at the God's Eye, near Esgaroth, echoing Lord Stark's suggestion. He offers pardon to all.
Ravens are sent to all lords except for in the Reach asking them to come to King's Landing if they can reach it for a War Council.
Lords out of reach, such as in the Westerlands or beyond the Trident, are asked to gather their forces and sit tight.
They must avoid open battle, and attempt to cross Westeros to the Crownlands and southern God's Eye.
The Tullys do sent a raven in which they do accept the King's wish. The weapons will be laid down during the next days in case Blackfyre does agree with Lord Stark's suggestion.
Otherwise the safety of the king and his kingdom has the highest priority.
edit: In response to the second letter, the Riverlands will do as told and hold the borders.
Ravens fly across the Stormlands, requesting that levies be mobilized and put on standby. The Stormlands have yet to declare their loyalties during the early stages of this conflict. However, Lord Meldred Baratheons demands that his vassals remain neutral and not to aid any side until he makes his decision. Any vassals who break this neutrality and order by the Lord Paramount will face punishment.

Kin Strife at Darry!
Following the recent rebellion of the Blackfyres Lord Danos called his levy to arms but he did not expect to fight yet. Within days his two eldest sons Raymund and Walder disagreed over which side should they fight for, each of them wanting to join Targaryen and Blackfyre respectively. Walder Darry almost killed his brother in a heated duel before he fled Darry at the head of 900 Knights, Raymund immediately declared House Darry for the Targaryens and went to Riverrun with their levy. Lord Danos now with no choice followed suit who he wanted to join before is unknown.
"We all know whatmy brother would do. Robert would gallop up to the gates of Winterfell alone, break them with his warhammer, and ride through the rubble to slay Roose Bolton with his left hand and the Bastard with his right. I am not Robert. But we will march, and we will free Winterfell … or die in the attempt."
The Lord Reaper, Aethelryd Greyjoy, hereby calls upon all Lord-Captains of the Iron Islands to convocation at Pyke in order to discuss important matters at hand.
A Letter Fly out form Kings Landing to all That Declared for or remain undecided in the Conflict
They Read
Kings Landing sits besieged By Forces Loyal to the Pretender. I need all forces loyal to the king to provide relief immediately. We will hold for as long as possible however the kingdom is threatened and the pretender speaks of parley while marching an army to the door. Come quick for we are in need of aid.
Signed,
The Bloodraven Ser Brendyn Rivers
Small and quiet rumours and tales spread amongst the smallfolk of the heartlands of Westeros, telling of the ghost of a man thought dead.
He called to him all those who served him in life, and rode with them through clouded nights and dark shaded forests, bringing woe to any upon their path.
A revival of the wild hunt, some liked to say.
A small few even whispered of a revived prince, a silver-haired demon called 'the Moonstone.'
Knights and retainers once loyal to the third son of Daeron Targaryen disappear from the armies and courts of Westeros, in small handfuls, in barely noticeable leave of absences.
Another batch of Ravens departs from Kings Landing.
We remain besieged in the Red Keep send aid immediately the city will soon fall
It is signed only Bloodraven
Ravens arrive to the main holds, castles and cities in the Realm:
"Behold, Lords of the realm:
King's Landing is now under the rule of the rigthful King of the Seven Kingdoms, shall now all become acquainted that Daemon, the First of His Name, King of the Andals and the First Men, has reclaimed the Iron Throne; who he inherited from his father, Aegon, the Fourth of His Name. The city has not been razed, nor a single wife has been raped, or a sept destroyed, Lords and smallfolk will know alike the Love of their King. The mercy of the King is infinite, his gratitude, eternal. Pledge loyalty, bow, to the true King, he who wields Blackfyre, Aegon I reborn, the Warrior Incarnate, the True Dragon. Shall Gods bless us, as he blesses the King, our Lord.
The traitors, the Dragonknight Bastard's heirs are now homeless and lost in despair. The scheming and evil Bloodraven is rotting under the Red Keep. Justice and peace shall return to the Realm. Rejoice.
In the Light of the Seven, year 197 after the Landing.
Signed: Ser Maelys, son of Aegon the Fourth"

I, Beron Stark, Lord Steward of the North hereby doomsay to all Westeros that King Daeron II is dead.
He duelled with the legitimate prince Daemon Blackfyre at the Parlay of the Gods Eye and was felled by a mighty blow. It was the king who had called out Daemon to fight and there is no reason to define the duel as a trial by combat. As the king lay dying in my arms his last words were "We are all damned." I feel it is my duty therefore to express my impression that the king willingly sacrificed himself to the better swordsman in order to brand his brother a kinslayer and a kingslayer. Make what judgement of that as you will.
Furthermore the consequent battle left Daemon victorious, much else I have not ascertained from those that flee the field. I alone have prepared the body for burial and now ferry him for internment in the noble crypts of the fastness and fortress of the Eyrie. We hold in trust the royal crown of the Targaryens for the next true king.
The king is dead.
Credible rumors begin to circulate that Lord Garth Lannister has fallen gravely ill, and has been ill for some time now. The maesters whisper that this wasting disease will soon claim the Lord's life.
