I am also wondering about this. I've added them to the land_units_officers table, added the relevant variants and changed the entry in the land_units table, but my game just crashes on startup. Is there another table I missed or something else I need to add? The Thracians are very limited in their officer selection.
edit: I think I figured it out, looks like there's a table called battle_personalities as well.
