Hi all, sorry this took a while. For our first preview, we shall show you some of the units included in the upcoming 0.88.5 release. Before we start can we say that this is still a WIP so if there are any irregularitys in the anims stances, this still is yet to be fixed. Also please keep checking each sticky, as i shall be editing this original post within the week to hopefully release more info such as building trees, strat map pics, more units and maybe a vid if i get enough time.

So there we have it, please remember this is still all a work in progress, skins still to make and tweaks to anims still to complete. A video is currently being shot so we should have one within a week or two. This is the first in line of a lot of previews we hope you like. Please leave comments and critisms.

the Lybian cavalry looks very "barbaric"? with the scutum and caterea breastplate... otherwise... Great preview!

It's only a provisional preview, but i'm agree with you about the lybian cavalry ...needed to be reworked.

Yes Milner is to redo some of these textures, his incredible work you shall also see in some of our next previews as well.

The libyan is using an iberian designed shield... i thinks it is from the HS's carthage reloaded.

Yes i have decided to remove it now, um i dont know whether it was from that pack, it could of been but a team mate sent me that because needed a model like that. It could of been though, But it has been removed an update to this thread coming in a few days

I would love to, but we currently very hard at work, and the faction we are focusing all our efforts on the moment is the romani. Its going to turn out great though and we have a great new building system in develoment for them and a great system for the regional units of Italy of which we dont think has been done before. We really trying to make them as historiclly correct as possible.

Hope this helps, when we have finished with the majority of the system i shall release a preview of them.
