Any way to get mod manager with Rome II folder Rome II icon for better graphics than Steam icon?

I read a thread saying that if you make a desktop shortcut using the Rome II icon from the Rome II folder rather than the Steam Rome II icon you get better graphics - and surprisingly this is true (no idea why, but try it, it is).

Could anyone make the mod manager using the Rome II icon from the Rome II folder so you can get better graphics while using mod manager too?

You can just right click on Mod Manager's short cut on desktop, properties and choose change icon. Then browse you Rome II folder and select the icon.
