HELP!!lCan only auto resolve battles..Manual battles disabled wtf???

So i have been playing a campaign as the etruscan league for 135 turns now,but when i decided to load it up yesterday and try to fight a battle it would have the manual battle option greyed out ,leaving me to only choose from auto resolve and withdraw.

Does anyone else have this gamebreaking bug?or is it just me

me to I thought it could either be that the game has been across several patches which would piss me off with 20 regions to go until legendary victory or because my empire reached the final imperium level which would piss me off because it would be extremely stupid and just to clarify I don't use any mods

Etruscan is not suppose to be playable anyway so glitches are to expect. Since this involves something modded it's best to post in the mod section.

that was just part of the trail, you gotta buy the dlc to do manual battles. it's only 10 dollars on steam.
