The "humorous" one-liner count seems to be lower than usual in this game, although I've only played as 2 factions so far. Apart from the usual old film quotes, the most notable so far are "Stop wrestling that bear and pay attention" (Barbarian warmaiden) and "Isis, Isis....lovely Isis" (Egyptian noblewoman).

Any other faction specific ones?

Not really one-liners but I did notice a few ASOIAF references playing as the eastern factions.

Same goes for western, though it need not necessarily be. ASOIAF and Skyrim for example loans heavily from real historical lore, lore a historical game like Rome too relies upon.
