I'm going to be short;
Seriously, dominating a faction, only to have them refuse trade? What was the point of marching my army through their neighborhood & threatening them all with swords-to-the-face if they wouldn't even allow my merchants to trade with them?
I mean, it should be the big faction that decides whether they should trade or not. Please!
(By the way, where is the 'Threaten' option in Rome II? I'd love to park 2-3 stacks outside an enemy province and demand stuff. What's the point of having a big army if you can't use it?)
