I wanted to share with you a comment made by dvk on the economy. He stated that a missing governor in a city yield a significant tax penalty.

This is certainly true as I could find out in my recent two campaigns (Rome, HH, one-turn and Spain, HH, one-turn) where I painstakingly arranged for each city to have a good governor.
I noticed immediately a significant increase in funds and continued the game without running ever out of money. I always wondered why I could build Governors in each city on low building level - now, I know.

I wonder - are there any other "diamonds" in this Mod which I have not discovered?
