Adding new Units problem

Hello, I have been trying to create new units using PFM and Rome Editor, but unfortunately it is not working since it doesn't show up on custom battle although I added the entries, and it crashes the campaign right at the beginning, I attached the file if you could please check. I am planning on doing a complete overhaul of the Lusitani faction.
My modding experience in TW games is limited to M2TW so this is quite interesting and new.
