different rigs... The game is working pretty good on my rig for example (I have most settings on extreme except shadows, and anti-aliasing is not on), but I know, the game does not work on my friend's pc. go figure.

I personally am angry because the campaign AI is broken (goes bankrupt around turn 20-30 and from then on has half-strength armies).

What are you playing on, my friend has HD7970 and I have 5850 but we get the same performance, nevermind his 2Gb of GPU ram extra and my first generation i5 versus his second gen.
In fact Ive noticed I dont get any better framerates for any settings high or low when units clash.

Rig, is a slang term for a computer.

The game is extremely "delicate" (Please note, this word isn't fitting but I'm trying to use commonly known words.). To give a example, myself and a friend have the same computer hardware with only one exception. I have a GTX 680 and he has a 770 but it does not work on his computer at all, while it does for myself.
