Total war rome 2 Crash on startup

hello, i was playing total war rome 2 on my computer.. but i turn off my PC... than when i turn on th PC again and start the game, it stops here, and nothing else happens!

i've already uninstall the game and install it again, but the problem persists! Somebody help?

same here, last time i could play was 5 september.
For some removing the rome2 map in appdata works but i'm one of the luckier ones where even that doesn't work
