    Standard & Poor's, Moody's, Fitch Group,must review the rating of this game,from AAA,to D,or even Z?

The "Game of the Year" is a laughing stock everywhere,This, and this, and .lets take a bath to.

So,tell me what they need to go up ,and if you really believe they will do it.

Note that the A, going from excellent to very reasonable, the B from median to bad, and the C from very bad until "it is better to get another job guys, you worth nothing.

After take my precious time making this stupid table,i vote in a middle, because I still have some hopes,it wasn't a good investment,55 Euros for this *,a indie game deserves more,at least demonstrates passion for what they did, not only seeking easy profit.

_If they fix,the naval armies Spam, the naval sieges spam and Battle AI complete mess,I I can go up a level or two,but in essence the game is broken.

Gave it a BB-. They might fix it in 2 years but highly unlikely.

    B-

because I dont see any potential here. Poor game with serious game design problems. Yes they will fix bugs. But map, AI, everythings is just dumbed down and broken

AA, why? After patch 2 and all that it fixed (even though it didn't fix it all) I have high hopes for the game, I can actually run it at 30 fps+ and my mens faces no longer look like Goblins when I zoom in (I did enjoy that bug tho)

Everyone is just so butthurt because they expected "The best game of all time!" on September 3rd forgetting that CA always has bad releases, thats what happens when you advertise the way they did.

have you tried to zoom very close during 4000+ men battles. You still have 30+ fps? Or zoom to burning gates with many soldiers around?

I don't lag when I zoom in in large battles, and I try to avoid burning things....

I got 83 hours of entertainment out of this game so far, so how can I not rate it highly? That's very, very cheap entertainment.

Interesting how the votes seem to be very scattered so far.
The game development business is one of bottomless greed, pitiless cruelty, venal treachery, rampant competition, low politics and boundless personal ambition. New game series are rising, and others are starting their long slide into obscurity and defeat.

While as least as pissed off as the next player, and contary to what some fans think, I do think the amount of fuss the more vocal amongst us have been, has helped to perhaps scare CA into positive activity.

I'm not even going to take part in the poll(no disrespect to the op intended), my view is simply: if you are a fan of the series, then despite the disrespect CA/Sega have shown us, it may well be time to stop complaining(I think we've made our point) and see how much effort they put into fixing. If we bust their balls to much, then I am concerned that perhaps Sega's funding may get smaller in this narrow banded market??? What do you lot think?

The 3rd patch has gone into beta already, looks like some effort on CA's part.

Gave it a B-, there's a lot there to like but right now it's hidden by a lot of issues. Although I think the "streamlining" will result in it never getting any higher than an A- for me

Eh, I'd give it like an A or something. No real issues for me, and I don't try to purposely lag up my computer by running it at too high a settings. I saw Rome 2, I got Rome 2. CA's job achieved. I didn't have the unrealistic expectations that most people on TWC seem to have, or at least the vocal members of it seem to have.

It's not a perfect game, but it's far from a bad game either. It's a very solid game with good potential.

    Indeed.

And the patches have vastly improved upon the game, and I have gained a lot of confidence that CA is going to sort out most of the issues.

Most of the people who whine simply had too high expectations. I fully expected the release to be buggy.
The whiners that are most justified to complain are those who complain about the very quick price drop for Rome II. Because it left the people who preordered feeling rather cheated.

yeh alot in the game is broken and ca did a pretty good job of releasing an unfinished product. but iv played over 100 hours, so there must be something im enjoying

lol at the number of people rating D, which means default. This game is many things but it is not in default because there have been patches and will continue to be patches. Even if the technical issues are dealt with (as I expect they will), there are still many serious gameplay issues which I doubt they will change at this point.

Now I approach the city very carefully, I'm two minutes seeing where are the mouse pointer,I pray, pray really much, and then I click, it may be that my army does not become a navy fleet.

Also downgrade the game rating to B-

55 euro? I pre-ordered it for 30. Tbh the student in me(i.e my bank balance) wouldn't allow for me to pay 55 euros on a game haha
