Default would someone release the unpacked cow animations?

    hy to you all,
i wonder if the developers from call of warhammer would want to release the unpacked (.cas and .evt) version of their animations. i would like this to happen because it would then be immensely easy for anyone to remove or add something new to the game.
personaly, i would use them to remove all the fatality moves from all units because:
    - if an archer/crossbowman is targeted with a fatality then he doesnt fall down or do whatever hes supposed to do when he has a sword in his chest but instead flickers and turns around in amm 360 degrees as if the model or skeleton doesnt find the right thing to do. this is because the animated bowstring and i've tried removing the bowstring but i wouldn't work, i mean it doesn't give me ctd but the tools that i have don't arrange the bones corectly(i use grumpy old man't utility to turn the model into a milkshape format but even if i don't change anything and use the same grumpy utility to turn the milkshape back into .cas i thing it has the bow bones poorly aranged).
    - if a dwarf, goblin, halfling is targeted by a fatality then it raises to be the same height as the attacker and the follows up through his part of the fatality, crawling falling and stuff. there is no way tto remove this aside from removing the fatality.

cow mod is really complex from the nanimation's point of view and recreating the whole animation pack from vanilla unpacked ones is similar to rebuilding a city from scratch so that i looks exactly the same.

therefor i urge the developers to release their unpacked animations so that everyone may change their great mod into something more suited to their needs because thats the point of modding in the first place.

I think the original unpacked files are not accessible anymore (?), but maybe these will help:

    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showt...Unpacking-Tool

Improved version of it, but needs to tweak a bit with the bat-files:

    http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?488988-Return-of-XIDX-with-bug-fixes-and-updates-for-M2TW/page1

    Hope this helps.

    thakns for the reply,
those 2 really help indeed(or at least the first because that is what i am using at the moment to try to import some amins that i try to create using the vanilla unpacked, the second, xidx, i couldn't make it work.
why do you say the unpacked anims arent available anymore? are you talking about cow anims or vanilla ones?
couldn't someone from the team upload them on twc center for download?

I think this has been discussed here before, if I remeber right the team don't have the original stuff anymore? Maybe Yeoman (first mod-leader) had them, but he haven't been active for long time. Atleast that was the case at some point I think when Reiksfart kept asking for them. I would speculate the team has used these/similar tools to work upon them.

But again, I'm not sure of anything, but something like that was the case before. Lord Necromancer, or someone might shed light on this matter instead my poor memory?

Also, I started playing around with them latelly too, but I could use help on one mods animation files packing/unpacking (needs the later version from IB-team). If you manage figure them out, and can find time and help a bit, send me an PM. I would appreciate it.
