Default [Question] Modding agent success rates

Is there a way to improve/reduce agent success rates on certain actions?

I've checked some tables with PFM, and found something called rom_agent_action_success_chance_critical_mod_hinder_character, rom_agent_action_success_chance_mod_hinder_character and rom_tech_agent_champion/dignitary/spy_success_mod. Hovewer, changing them doesn't seem to do anything.

I think those are for the chances of enemy agents to affect others. Also there is in something in the campaign variables table I think that reduces the chance for enemy agents to affect you, from the prologue.
