    Default Blitzing Rome as Carthage:Possible?

Has anyone succeeded in blitzing Rome as Carthage? Hannibal's one full stack seems pretty inadequate for the job, since the AI Rome seems to spawn several full stacks of silver weapons&armor units after the first turn. Hannibal's force gets grind down after couple battles, and there is no way to replace them in Italy.

Well, i had enough denari to establish few ships as ferry from carthage capital, i raided arretium and ariminum (with destroying all buildings in that cities) and then i took Capua. It was my base to taking southern Italy and then Rome. But I lost whole Spain (because i do not have enough money to build and train armies there, everything what i earned just spend at armies and fleets in carthage) and my economy was terrible. It was funny anyway, because after 30-40 turns Rome has only 1 province - Aleria ) and Rome can hold it forever, I just hate destroying factions

The AI Rome will spawn stacks in response to a siege in any of their cities.

If you turn off the garrison script, yes. Otherwise no.
