[Question] Tweaking Carthage, Egypt and Seleucids
Hey guys,
everyone knows the issue: Carthage doesn't live longer then turn 30 in most cases, as does Egypt. The Seleucids on the other hand almost always build up a HUGE empire... I think this has to do with the satrapies and enemies of the respective factions. Has anyone any idea how to fix that without making the game too easy for human players? Maybe adding +2000 income to CPU Carthage or giving them the provinces of Nova Carthago solves the problem, but this would make the game implayable for humans, since it would become ridicoulusly simple.

Re: [Question] Tweaking Carthage, Egypt and Seleucids
it's really mixed in R2. I've had it where the seleucids die really fast, or Egypt does. However, as the game progresses to around the 100 turn mark, I often notice the major factions simply fall apart. Carthage almost always dies before turn 30, so that is unchanged. The difficulties encountered by the major factions later in the game really makes me wonder if CA expected us all to play with a constantly driving total conquest attitude in mind.
