Question: sieges, walls, artillery slots, towers
I have a few questions about sieges, especially those involving city walls:
1. From the prologue campaign I know its possible to put artillery on walls as the defender. What are the requirements to do so? I know that the main city building´s tooltip says something like "+ 3 artillery slots", however in none of my battles I was ever able to utilize or even see such a thing again. Do you need artillery stationed in the city, or how does it work?
2. What determinds the strength of your towers? Will arrow shooting towers seem to hardly scratch anything, scorpion towers are extremely deadly, seemingly even deadlier than MTW II cannon towers once you get in range. How do you get them?
3. How long does it take for damaged walls to be repaired?
4. How many different fortification styles are there? Until now I only encountered the classic Greek and Roman city walls and the barbarian style of wall which looks more like a damn (and is way easier to get troops ontop and down again).
Thanks in advance
