Hi! I'm new to RS, this is a great work!

I've learn from a thread posted by dvk901 that setting cavalry price very low is to make AI to recruite them normally. But he said that cavalry units 'appears' to be kinda cheap, but actually isn't.

Could anyone tell me what's the meaning of it? why are cavalry "appear" to be cheap and "actually" not?
