Is there a way to change the ocean and ground graphics in the campaign map? I need a simpler version.

No, all you can do is turn off campaign shadows in the advanced graphics settings, and lower the campaign map screen resolution. I have mine set to 1024 x 768 (with widescreen box ticked in graphics settings), even though I have a 1680 x 1050 monitor.
For info, I have my battle map resolution set to 1024 x 768 as well, and all graphic detail levels set to Medium, grass off, and Huge unit size. This works best on my Alienware MX11 with Core i5 processor (connected to external monitor when at home.)
Not sure where I found this but it turns EB sea back to vanilla. I did not make it credits go to Dol Guldur, I think. Here's the link, make sure you read the readme. It should help a little if you have a lot of lag on the strat map. http://www.mediafire.com/download/z0...anilla-sea.rar

“The hardest thing in the world is to assume the mood of a warrior. It is of no use to be sad and complain and feel justified in doing so, believing that someone is always doing something to us. Nobody is doing anything to anybody, much less to a warrior.” ― Don Juan
"It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the campus organizer, who has given us the freedom to demonstrate. It is the soldier, who salutes the flag, who serves beneath the flag, and whose coffin is draped by the flag, who allows the protester to burn the flag." -- Father Dennis Edward O'Brien, USMC
Thank you for the replies, there is no way to lower the graphics but reversing them to the vanilla is enough.![]()
