Similar to ID Registry for units/buildings, shouldn't we start an ID registry for mercenary pool group numbers?

For example, bosporus_grp_2 assigned to NTE mod's Mercenary Steppe Swordsmen may conflict with another mod that adds bosporus_grp_2 assigned to CUSTOM_NAME.

Do you see the issue? I think it's time to register mercenary group number IDs for provinces and factions.

Still, take that with a grain of salt, since as of yet, I haven't completely figured out how to add custom mercenaries to the pool, without the need for ESF editing.

I plan on adding hundreds of units.

Most will be used by buildings as im changing how most units are recruited and replacing and extending all factions units. I may need to reserve more numbers later as well.

The reason i need so many is:
1 unit recruitable from any main city chain = 69 ID's for 1 unit.

or is there an easier way to do it?

FYI Technologies also require a unique index number, so if people plan to add them then they also need to be in their number range.
