    hey,

    I win against the roman loyal senate and got the "civil war is over" vid but I couldn't choose to be an imperium or a republic? What I've did wrong?

    You can choose at the start of the next turn. Empire is a better choice since your income will go up with a third. 25% more wealth and 10% less upkeep.
    Officer to a soldier who refuses to fight: There three types of soldiers who don't have to fight. They are called KIA, MIA and POW and you are not one of them.
