I think it is a disastrous idea to make tournament on RTW2 before patch no 4. Tournament's name should be "Broken Arrow" as making tournaments right now is quite suicidal for Multiplayer Community as it is a sign for devs that game is cool, well balanced, and tournament ready, but none of it is true.

i hosted many tournaments and they were all successful...
there were over a dozen successful tournaments hosted so far by the Community

you know why i asked about your place in the community? because you are not in the community, and you have no idea how many successful and fun tournaments were hosted...

so yeah, tournaments are not suicidal for the community... with proper rules, tournaments are fun and challenging

Review our players, game gets interesting and intense, players use a large number of fractions, and even minor, we have introduced a large number of limits on the units, the tactic has become more diverse and more complex micro control.
our tournament brought together players from 18 countries

I highly approve of this tournament. This tournament is so organized and hosted by a group of intelligent mature players that know what they're doing. The admins actually asked me my opinion of the rules and what should be changed. I respect that because it adds perspectives. Not just the admin's point of view of what is balanced. I respect that and Evgenn and the russian community for doing this.

I have more fun playing multiplayer in this tournament with rules, and restrictions then I do without restrictions on public multiplayer. I have fun in this tournament even when I lose. So ignore the haters and keep up the great work.
