This is for Alexander only, correct?
i made and tested it on alex with the 2.6 release edu and i know with these two variables it works very good ,
i cannot say if it will work properly as intended on bi or rtw engines as i have never tried it on them
updated............made some changes to greek factions, gave sparta its own formation , made egypt fight more in greek style and altered carthage formation

hi tone,...play on alex.exe hard battle setting...ai armys will move as a more together coherent unit {mostly} i removed the 'march' and 'pursue' code
the ai will back, side and flank charge the player....charging in general is tons better,
heavy cav will disengage the melee and charge back in or ride of to another part of the battle
give it a try and tell me what you think......even phalanx can move in line

Do i have to install the formation's text in the data file or in the Ai formation file (in the Important Stuff file ?) ?
put in the data file......the 'important stuff 'folder is only a storage folder for extras...................
oh and i mean yes it will work on 'very hard' setting...its just that i built and tested the formation files on alex.exe with a hard battle setting.... {all stats have an effect on unit movement within the battle enviroment}

And in the launcher, what AI formation do i have to choose ?
eh...you dont have to choose anything from the launcher concerning the ai, unless you mean the .exe in that case it will be alex.exe
make sure my files are in your data folder and you can play any campaign or custom battles and the ai movement will be running from my files,
on very hard setting the ai will have massive bonuses ,if you get side charged and bogged down im pretty sure you could lose some battles with this ai i have constructed{and the way that the rs2.6 stats are now}
please leave feedback when you have used it for a while

UPDATE....new stuff coming soon.....2 new edu files for 1-turn rome and 1-turn campaigns...
a choice of fast vannila style battles or longer mid range battles times and 4tpy for each 1-turn campaign and a new even better darth formation files
