3 questions for all you smart mod people that i need help on currently

1: Lets say i want to only be able to build this one building in a specific town/city how would i go about making that happen? (it can only be built in that one town/city)

2: How would i make a city a resource that i need to recruit a certain unit?

Example: Spartan Hoplites only being able to be recruited if i have Sparta. If i dont have it then i cant recruit them in the barracks.

3: How do i make units upgradeable thru how much exp they have.

Example: Turning Hoplites into Veteran Hoplites once they reach 3 gold chevrons.


Im still new to modding Rome 2 so explain as best you can. (pics/videos/tutorials/other posts are also welcome if you dont feel like typing it out) Im desperate so any help at all is most welcome.
