    Default Unit banners emblems still missing? Solution not found yet.

    Patch 2 was indeed a notticeable improvement.
    But Since STEAM had somekind of "upgrade" in the middle of Patch 1 i have no insignias on unit banners just blure colors. I was hopping that Patch 2 would fix that issue but no luck.
    Please see my examples in this post.
    Things are important with unit banners because UI cards do not help to locate your general in battlefield when you look and guide battle from ground level. Has anyone from CA any idea that could help? Patch 2 allow me to have almost perfect units apearence but banners spoil the good essence..
    PS: 2 things... Two line UI card table takes our 1/3 of the battle scenery...
    Could UI cards have more details and smaller size in a future patch? Also does CA has any intention to allow Legioners to use their pilae in defence mode as well and not be only "swordmen"?

    It worked for me.
    So write down your curent grafics settings and when the game will start re-apply them.

    EDIT: I am afraid this solution is not permanent,. Problem reapears when and IF you twick the Battle interfase.

    I've had the same issue the whole time I've played. also, really think the unitcard UI is way too big. I feel like the game is designed for resolutions higher than 1080p. I play at 1920x1080 so I feel that I shouldn't have to minimise the UI in order to see the other 1/3 of my army.

    I have no idea what's your problem but maybe it's not so different from mine. Banner are too *** small!

    No idea what's the deal with this, as the vast majority of players are evidently seeing those banners, but we still aren't. Have tried changing banner size, graphics settings etc and no change. Not that it's a massive deal, I turn the banners off anyway!

    Most odd is that i have those banners visible when game was installed...
    I turned off banners my self too but now makes recognition of my units to hard espesially when fight similar units of the enemy!
    Can a CA member sugest something?

    well I've deleted and refreshed my preferences file a bunch of times since installation. Nothing has changed for me! I'll try it again, but I expect that although it may work at first, the banners will disappear when the preferences file is changed or you start up the game again. I'll try making it read-only....

    Unforthunatly the banners issue is for half of the players...So CA is happy that the other half don't have it so there is no need for them to fix it!!!

    seems to be fixed for me now
    Deleted preferences file, and instead of making the game verify and download new files, I just went straight in and played. It all seems fine now (except that the game runs horrifically on my high-end rig and I'm just about to give up on the lag).

    Please make the following experiment.
    Now your banners are all visible and with emblems go to Battle interfase and chose a smaller size of banners and the abillity the banners to be visible only when mouse is on a unit.
    Start a new campaign and make a small battle after aplying those settings. Tell us your findings.

    can't say right now, but last night I saw the banners, then I changed the size and only-mouse-over enabled, and it still works. Woo banners! Woo being excited about a feature from every TW game to date! Woo.

    It doesn't work for me though...
    When i select mounse on top feature and resize of the banners they turned to single colored again!

    Update: I repeated the experiment.
    I errased the preferences text and i loaded the game.
    BEFORE i start any battle or campaign i opened Battle Interface and changed banner sizes and mouse over option.
    Also i unchecked projectiles traces (if that can help CA developers)...
    I loaded a custom battle.
    AGAIN NO EMBLEMS ON BANNERS.
    CA members IF YOU CAN NOT FIX TH EENTIRE GAME CAN YOU FIX SECONDARY FEATURES LIKE THIS.
    ATLEAST can we have a CA developer's opinion of what we could do to fix it...
    I AM so tiered about CA developers ignorance on us.....
