    Default Shield variations

    I dont know if this is a problem or Ive done something wrong.
    I installed Gustave's carthaginian shields mod and found I only had the first decal active on all shields, after doing some digging around the files I could find no issues.
    I then installed Carthage Units mod and again found the same issue, It then dawned on me that even the vanilla units were the same(wake self in head). Is it because Im using dx9(my unit setting is the highest in graphics) or is there some hidden setting.

    I had know idea where to place this cry for help so please forgive me.

    Which mods are you using along gustave's and mine. Oh and can we see a screenshot of the issue. F12 in steam.

    Nalatroz, Ive removed all mods and just used first Gustave's then yours. Also removed all and played a battle and no shields have variations, which I find strange as I get all other variations for gear etc.

    Sorry for the late reply had to pickup my son from school.

    What shader model/unit quality setting do you have in the graphics settings as both will impact what variations get shown for a unit.

    You can try verifying the game cache as that could help. It isn't much but it has fixed a problem I was having after my update the other night (Kept crashing at the splash screen) and earlier today when I was trying to get the Russian localisation for my project to work for Romirtes (It just was refusing to load the changes from the pack resulting in blank space instead of user name) He ended up verify the cache and then worked for him as well. Sorry for the delay I dozed off cause it's just after 2 in morning here.

    Jack Lusted - using shader 3 dx9 and unit quality is the highest.
    Nalatroz, doesnt work.
    Ive been modding tw games since the first shogun came out(showing my age), and have learnt the hard way what steps must be taken to solve issues. Ive tried everything I can think of but again this is a new game with new issues.

    Dx9 is why you are seeing only a single variation as we make use of the dx10/11 decal code for the shield patterns.
