I only play very hard or legenderies... no point taking anything besides that, right? Sigh even with all the mods this game seems too easy, I guess someone( hint hint ) could do a mod ,like a feature in shogun 2. You reach imperium level 3 and all other nations with different culture group declare war on you, though I guess I could hold my ground even then xD

yesterday i have worked with the patch 3.0. they made some big changes with beta patch 4.0.
The stats are set for the beta patch 4.0.

Very nice one, came just in time with STIM 1.7
I had one custom battle and it seems balanced.
One quick question: are the spearmen stronger than the swords men? They seemed to hold out a bit longer
One longer question: can you post the stats and costs of the new units?

Toho, I don't know if we can add units just to persian faction (I did not look but i read they work as a "faction pool")
The persian faction has a less challenged start with 4 cities and they are under seleucid protection.
Parthians are the better indepedant faction which have true persian culture
Also the persian campaign need some changes to work perfectly, i could do it but later.

@Toho, cause persia is not playable. @Farsovoreign, everything else works quiet well at the moment!! Another note, the unit coloring wont work with prometheus realistic hight mod. I dont know why he messed with those?! It works well if you use his "realistic_hights_only" file.

Lucifer you are right, the only table in my mod which has not it own name is the color faction table. We have to use it to edit and we can't use another table name. So every mod who changes the color faction is in conflict.
The only way i see .. it's I have to give a unique color schema to each Parthian unit and not use the faction color. I just need time to do it.
I have added a comment on the first page about the unit card. A perfect unit card will be made for the release. I will try to find a better one from another unit for the next beta update.

My Cataphracts name is shown as "immortal spearmen" and the immortal chariots are shown as "immortal swordmen".
Is this a bug with the mod or is it just my game?

Thanks for fixing it, but it seems that I found another balance problem. The immortal elephants cost the same as indian armored elephants, but have like half the attack and less charge and defense. It's nothing gamebreaking but still kinda makes them worthless. Maybe you could make them cheaper or increase their defensive skills and armor, so the immortal elephants are kinda defensive while the indians are offensive.
Other than that, everything is perfect, I love you for this mod
Well I put immortal spearmen and swordmen against a unit of standard pikemen and the swordmen got more and quicker kills
