As it says, I insert disc 1 and run setup, and I get the error "No Language Configured".
I waited 2 weeks longer for my physical copy of the game to arrive and this is what I get?
Is there a workaround for this issue yet?

Fixed: I had the thought that perhaps it was the Optical Drive itself. I swapped out my Bluray Writer for a DVD drive and it's installing as we speak! Next time I need to install it I'll make sure to set a language on the BD drive.
If you have this problem, try to set a region to your drive by going to properties on it's entry in device manager.
